Payment Policy

When an order is placed with Streetfighters By Design Full Payment is required at this time. If the Part is in stock it will be shipped within 24 hours. If its requires to be ordered from our overseas suppliers our goal is to ship to you in 3 weeks or less. 

Return policy & cancellation policy

All returns require a RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) from Streetfighters by Design.  Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier's requirements. We do not accept any liability for incorrect parts ordered. Returns or exchanges may only be sent with prior authorization From SBD no action will be taken until the goods have been examined by  SBD . The purchaser is responsible for any return postage incurred. All goods must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt.  A 25% restocking  or cancellation fee applies to all orders. Refunds will be given in 28 days of receipt of parts or you may have a store credit with No fees.  Items that have been modified, installed, or otherwise rendered not saleable can not be returned, no exceptions.

Damaged/lost in transit

Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package.  It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery.  If the package was dropped off, promptly call UPS at 800-742-5877, or call us at 530-587-8521 and we will gladly assist you with filing a claim.  When in stock, we will gladly replace lost or damaged promptly.

Parts installation policy

Motorcycles can be dangerous.  Streetfighters by Design has no control over the use of any part.  Streetfighters by Design therefore, expect the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.  Streetfighters by Design assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person.  By placing an order with Streetfighters by Design you agree with and accept the terms of our parts installation policy.
